Shipping

Store orders (sealed product, singles, supplies)

• Orders ship from Atlanta, Georgia within 1–2 business days by tracked carrier service; you'll get a tracking number by email as soon as the label is created.
• Most Southeast deliveries arrive in 1–2 days after shipping; the rest of the US typically 2–5 days.
• Free shipping on orders over $300. Below that, shipping is calculated at checkout.
• Every item is checked before it ships and packed safely to protect your sealed products and cards
• We ship within the United States only and do not ship to freight forwarders or third-party shippers.

Live rip orders (packs opened on stream)
Live rip orders work differently from store orders, because we're holding your pulls for you until a set shipping date:

• A shipping label must be purchased for your hits to ship. Labels are available at checkout during set windows each week — currently Monday–Tuesday and Thursday–Sunday. These windows can change; ask on stream if you're unsure whether a past order has shipped.
• If your live rip order includes sealed product, choose "Ship With Bulk." To receive only your hits (no bulk cards), choose "Ship Without Bulk."
• Placing another order after you've already bought a label? Choose "Combine Shipping for Additional Unshipped Order" at checkout and we'll pack everything together.
• Labels must be purchased within the same week the order was placed. Live rip orders with no shipping label purchased by the end of that week are treated as abandoned. We will reach out of you to pay the shipping invoice one time, and after that they will be considered abandoned after a week. The order will be then cancelled without refund. — the packs have already been opened on stream at your request. If you know you'll miss a window, message us during the stream before it closes.
• Live rip orders ship within 1–3 business days of the label being purchased, tracked, from Atlanta. Shipping days for live rips are typically Monday and Wednesday, but this may vary based on stream schedule. After one of the shipping days, you'll need to purchase a new shipping label.
