Return & Refund Policy – Elite4TCG
Thank you for shopping with Elite4TCG.
We pride ourselves on providing authentic, factory-sealed Pokémon TCG products and collectibles in the exact condition advertised.
Because of the collectible nature of these products, all sales are final except in cases where a product is damaged in shipping or defective upon arrival.
1. General Policy
- All sales are final — no returns, refunds, or cancellations once an order has shipped.
- We do not accept returns for opened products, whether opened on a livestream or after delivery.
- Refunds are only available for orders proven to be damaged in transit or defective on arrival, with required proof as outlined below.
- No claims will be honored after 72 hours from delivery — no exceptions.
2. Damaged or Defective Items – Required Proof
To protect both our customers and Elite4TCG, we require verifiable evidence tied to your specific order.
All steps below must be completed within 72 hours of delivery for your claim to be reviewed.
Step 1 – Before Opening the Damaged Package
Take clear, timestamped photos showing:
- The unopened package with any visible damage.
- The shipping label with tracking number visible.
- All sides of the seal/tape/bubble mailer glue before it is opened.
Step 2 – Continuous Unboxing Video
Record a single, unedited video showing:
- The unopened package.
- The shipping label with tracking number.
- The entire opening process from sealed package to product removal.
- The product condition as soon as it is removed from packaging.
Note: Claims without a continuous video from sealed package to reveal will not be approved.
Step 3 – Submit Your Claim
Email corey@elite4tcg.com within 72 hours of delivery with:
- Your order number
- Required photos and unboxing video
- A brief description of the damage
We may require you to return the damaged item for verification before issuing a replacement or refund. Elite4TCG will provide a return shipping label in this case.
3. Missing Items
- Claims for missing items will only be accepted if you provide a continuous unboxing video showing the package sealed before opening and the product contents immediately after opening.
- Without this proof, missing item claims cannot be verified or approved.
4. Wrong Item Sent
- Claims that the wrong item was shipped require a continuous unboxing video showing:
- The sealed shipping box
- The shipping label with tracking number
- The product reveal inside the package
- This video must match the product and order details in our system.
5. Pre-Orders
- Pre-order sales are final once placed.
- No cancellations or refunds will be allowed after payment is processed.
- Product contents, set names, and release dates are subject to manufacturer changes and may differ slightly from pre-release images.
6. Incorrect Shipping Address
- You are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address at checkout.
- Orders shipped to an incorrect address due to customer error are non-refundable.
- If a package is returned unopened, you may request a refund minus a 10% restocking fee and shipping costs.
- Refunds will only be issued once the product is safely back in our possession, unopened and undamaged.
7. Lost, Stolen, or Misdelivered Packages
- Once a package is marked delivered by the carrier, Elite4TCG is not responsible for loss or theft.
- If a package is lost in transit (never marked delivered), we will file a claim with the carrier and replace or refund your order once the claim is approved.
- For high-value orders, we may require signature confirmation.
8. Restocking & Processing Fees
- Approved cancellations or returns for unopened, unshipped items will incur a 10% processing/restocking fee to cover payment processing costs, packaging materials, and administrative time.
9. Chargeback Fraud
- Filing a false chargeback is considered fraud.
- Any fraudulent chargeback will be contested with your payment provider and may be reported to law enforcement.
- We maintain full shipping, delivery, and product verification records to dispute false claims.
10. Exceptions & Special Circumstances
We understand rare situations may require review. Exceptions will only be granted without violating the above rules and must be approved in writing by Elite4TCG.
