Shipping
- To ensure accurate and timely delivery, please follow the shipping guidelines below:
- A shipping label must be purchased for your order to be shipped.
- If your order includes sealed product, you must select the "Ship w/ Bulk or Sealed" option.
- For live rip orders, you may choose "Ship w/o Bulk" to receive only your hits (no bulk cards).
- If you are placing an additional order and have already purchased a shipping label, select "Additional Order, label already purchased" at checkout.
- Shipping labels are valid for specific windows each week:
- Monday–Wednesday

Thursday–Sunday
These timeframes may vary, so please ask during the stream if you're unsure whether a past order has shipped.
- If you do not purchase a shipping label within the same week your order was placed, your order will be canceled with no refund.
- We do not ship to 3rd party shippers or freight forwarders. The order recipient must be located within the USA.
Returns & Refunds
- We aim to provide the best experience possible, but please note the following terms regarding refunds and returns:
- All refunds or cancellations are subject to a 10% processing fee.
- Opened or Shipped Products: We do not accept returns or offer refunds for any product that has been opened or shipped. All sales are final once an item has been opened or leaves our store.
- Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery and include clear photos of the issue. We’ll work with you to resolve the problem promptly.
- Sealed Product Returns: Refunds or returns for sealed product are at our discretion and must be requested before the item has shipped.
- Pre-Orders: Pre-order items ship based on their release date. Please review the product description for timing. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
