Returns & Refunds

We keep our policy simple and we stand behind what we ship.

All sales are final.
Trading card prices change daily and cards can't be verified once they've left our hands, so we don't accept returns or exchanges for change of mind on any product — sealed product, singles, supplies, or live rip packs. Please check your order carefully before checkout.

If something is wrong with your order, we make it right.
If an item arrives damaged, defective, or isn't what you ordered, email corey@elite4tcg.com within 7 days of delivery with your order number and clear photos of the item and the packaging. We'll replace it or refund it in full — including any shipping you paid — at no cost to you. Where a replacement is needed we'll send a prepaid label for the original.

Live Rips.
Packs and boxes bought for our live streams are opened on camera at your request and are final sale once opened. If a live rip order hasn't been opened yet, email us before the stream and we can cancel it.

Cancellations.
Storefront orders (except live rips) can be canceled for a full refund any time before they ship — just email us with the order number. Once an order has shipped it falls under the policy above. Pre-orders can be canceled before their release date; after that they ship as ordered.

Refund timing.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method within 5 business days (or to Elite4TCG store credit if you'd rather).
