Shipping & Returns

Shipping:


Processing Time: Orders are processed and shipped within 1-3 business days after payment confirmation.


Shipping Methods/Costs: We offer two options for shipping at checkout. Sealed product orders must be shipped using standard shipping. If you are participating in a live break and have already purchased shipping for the day, additional orders qualify for no additional shipping charges. You can select "I already paid shipping today" if you are participating in a live break and have already paid for shipping for the day.


Order Tracking: Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can track your package using this number on the carrier’s website.


Returns:


Opened or Shipped Products: Unfortunately, we do not accept returns or offer refunds for products that have been opened or once they have been shipped. All sales are final for opened or shipped items.


Damaged or Defective Items: If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage or defect. We will work with you to resolve the issue.


Pre-Orders: Pre-order items are subject to different shipping times based on the product release date. Please review the product description for specific details. Pre-orders cannot be canceled once placed.
